KD’s team of about 30 people supported the US Sales Operation with remote pre-sales and RFP preparation functions. He also traveled to the US to assist in onsite sales presentations. Khambat’s leadership skills were well respected. He networked successfully within the organization and was able to get willing assistance from other teams when needed. He has a friendly and open style and is also very driven. During my tenure, he regularly looked for ways to improve the team’s performance and implemented new tools and processes to do so. He would be an asset to any team.

Khambat is without question one of the most competent senior leaders I've ever hired. Over the time we worked together, I grew to trust him implicitly and I always knew that when something needed to be done and done right, I could count on Khambat. What a relief for a leader to be able to have that level of trust in someone. However, beyond just managing, Khambat is also a leader who can be relied upon to proactively look for areas of improvement and drive change effectively and programmatically. It's also been my observation that he builds credibility with his employees through leading by example, a rare trait in my experience. It's my hope that one day I'm in a position where I can hire him again because I would do so in a heartbeat.
