I have worked with KhaliL Issa during 2006-2007 at one of Central Energy mega projects Durrat el Bahrain. Seawater RO. I was impressed with Khalil leadership and charismatic personality, he was professional, decisive and straight to the point. In summary Khalil was one of the few CEO’s in the region that posses high managerial qualities, besides being down to earth, honest and fair in his dealings.
