MS Word and MS Excel duplicated with Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft programs including word, Excel, PowerPoint along with Outlook and CRM which I use on a daily basis and some PSP knowledge. • Inspecting each form by making sure every box is filled correctly and complaint enough to hand over to a CS1. • Input all the referrals through the OH portal system vista once they are approved by a CS1. • Responsible for notifications and sending emails to the relevant managers e.g. appointment dates, reminders and final reports. • Dealing with the OH inbox - I deal with both incoming emails and webform inbox in the correct and timely fashion maintaining Service Level Agreements • Effectively utilise the Success Factors system, ensuring that all course and delegate information is up to date and accurate.
