      One of Dubai’s oldest Hotels and landmarks opened in 1979, The Metropolitan Hotel sheikh zayed road was where i have started my career in 1999. The hotel had 256 rooms, suites and furnished apartments in addition to its 14 F&B outlets in addition to Metroplex cinema complex. I was promoted to Resident Manager to look after the Hotel after the last General Manager left when later the Hotel was demolished in April 2012.
