• Application of lean Tools (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Visual Analysis, Tack Time, Gemba, SMED) • Application of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) (DMAIC Tools). • Making SOP and manpower Budget of Cutting, sewing and finishing section. • Making plan to achieve monthly factory target Eff% with team members and allocate them accordingly • PPE (Pre-production Engineering), To arrange mc attachment, special mc, critical path analysis and take action according to PP meeting of upcoming every new style for smooth production with quality. • To check operation bulletin of every style and assure update method with less than 20% HP. • To check Floor Balance and ensure every operator in mc operation instead of HP works. • To check Root cause analysis report and take action accordingly. • Hourly Target monitoring, identify less achievement line and take immediate action. • To arrange WIP meeting with Cutting, Planning, sewing and merchandising concern head and ensure upcoming all style’s fabric to accessories are ready according to line loading plan. • To Follow-up Monthly order closing and balance shipment according to FRI Date. • Arranging Loss-time meeting with all concern dept. head and make action plan to reduce NPT. • Monitoring change-over time for new layout. • Checking DHU report. • Analysis customer complain and find the root cause and by removing meet the customer requirement. • To reduce Thread consumption by maintaining standard consumption parameter and monitoring operator’s mc handling. • Reducing Fabric loss from cutting by using standard tools and technique. • Ensure size and bundle wise input and output by applying standard visual card. • According to KPI select the best Unit/IE/Team/Line chief/Supervisor/Operator for making the happy and healthy working environment. • Efficiency (sewing, cutting and finishing) report analysis and root cause analysis for poor efficiency. • Loss-profit report analysis and take action plan of loss line. • Cut to ship report analysis.
