Ensure that COE profile need tools and needed training for Projects team.  Participate with PM & Senior PM to prepare & approve project RISK Management Plan as a part of Project Management Plan. Define positive and negative risks to exploit opportunities and mitigate threats, approve/ensure that risk response strategies that matches company strategy.
