Working in Transmission is different than other departments because it needs more attention than others that because we work all the time in live (Real time) and there isn't any way to avoid mistakes and problems. Because transmission is the final stage of the TV station, we can improve the quality and the image of MBC. Al though I worked for 3 years in Ajman T.V, working in “mbc” gave me more experience and self confidence and ability to be in charge of multiple channels I am pleased to work for “mbc” Show less
