      • Oct 2022 - Present

      • Led teams focusing on formulating the simplification of biomass procurement by direct appointment to PLN’s subsidiaries and affiliates, also develop a cross subsidiaries concept between CFPPs to afford high price biomass. Thus, PLN as the biggest biomass off taker will covers suppliers from grass root and SMEs. This breakthrough received an approval from Top Management and saved PLN’s budget up to 900k USD in January 2023. • Led teams on the Bioenergy Ecosystem Development in Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta for upscaling sustainable biomass supply along with ESG, scopes are mappings, stakeholder management (Local and Royal Court of Yogyakarta), techno-economy analysis, and community development through 50.000 energy plantations. The local community is estimated to gain approx. 40% than usual income while saved 20% cattle feed budget on dry season. • Ideated and rolled out the development of Biomass Sustainability Road-Map in order to achieve 10,2 million tons of biomass in 2025 (~3,59% of 23% total energy mix target), The Road-Map strategies are exploring multiple sources biomass such as energy plantation, agriculture and forestry waste, collaborating with stakeholders, and initiating improvement of biomass purchasing and supply chain. Until Q1 2023, there are < 4 MOUs have been signed between PLNEPI and Private Companies, SMEs, and Local Governments which securing up to + 2 Mio tons of biomass for 2024-2025. • Managed a working group in creating a comprehensive strategy for sustainable bioenergy for power generation sector, which also aligning with PLN’s proposal to JETP. The team has delivered decarbonization scenarios to substitute coal with biomass in CFPPs and the development of bioenergy power plants in rural areas. It was estimated on 2030, bioenergy utilization will contribute higher than 11.8 Mio Ton CO2 eq. Show less

      • Led the team of 10+ consist of senior experts and engineers to solve technical and financial issues associated with green electricity to cofire fossil fuel with biomass. Proposed strategic implementation plan of biomass cofiring in 16 big power plants in Indonesia that potentially contribute 6% of 23% of NRE in the National Energy Mix Target by 2025. (Gaining customer satisfaction is 7% higher than EMI’s annual average).• Managed the team of 10+ with diverse background members to deliver an innovative strategy of biomass hub establishment to seize both grass root and big biomass suppliers, securing biomass feedstock from 80.000 ton/year in 2021 to 2.7 million ton/year in 2027 for 100% biomass in Paiton 1&2 Coal-Fired Power Plants. • Initiated and rolled out the team to do a deep dive analysis of multiple renewable sources for Green Data Centre, creating a utilization scenario of floating PV, hydropower, and biomass power which will increase EMI’s revenue by 10%.
