As Amwell’s Experience Design Intern, Khadija confidently tackled her project, resulting in an outstanding final presentation and prototype. When tasked with a somewhat ambiguous problem, she generated momentum quickly by crafting a strategy, proactively seeking answers from subject matter experts, interviewing users, and distilling her findings down into an actionable plan. Her final presentation was clear, insightful, and engaging. Amwell benefited from Khadija’s work and I believe that she would be an asset to any team!

As our Experience Design Graduate Intern, Khadija not only grew her skills and knowledge by leaps and bounds, but also contributed valuable research and exploratory design to the team. When she was assigned a project with some flexible criteria (just like many real products begin!), Khadija tenaciously recruited users and subject matter experts for interviews, and quickly narrowed down to a few key insights that would enable her to solve the user's problem. Her final presentation offered a clear, tight narrative leading up to an excellent final prototype. In my opinion, Khadija is prepared to offer her valuable skills and empathy to any lucky Design team!
