Brian Lord
In the VistA field one of the most important knowledge sets for a successful VistA implementation is a knowledgeable and capable Clinical Access Coordinator (CAC). The person that bridges the gap between the programmer and the medical professional. They are translator, peacemaker, and prognosticators. In my career I've worked with dozens possible hundreds of different CAC's, each of course with different levels of skill. Khadijah possesses the highest level of technical skill, personal interaction skill, and predictive quality to deliver to the end user what is really needed, as well as what they want. She is clever, kind, insightful, and diligent. I miss working with her, and anyone that gets the chance to work with her is fortunate indeed.
