I taught Kgomotso as part of her Masters in International Business Management at the University of Bordeaux, for which I was also her thesis supervisor. She is a highly motivated and diligent student, who demonstrates the clear ability to put the learnings from her course into practice in order to benefit organisational outcomes, which she did to great effect during her internship at Total. She has strategic insight into organisational practices, and accordingly is able to suggest and recommend appropriate solutions for the challenges that organisations face. Kgomotso is an excellent practitioner of international business, with a deep understanding of cross-cultural management, and has extensive experience of working in multicultural teams. I am sure that she would be an asset to any future employer and I wish her every success, which she richly deserves, in her future career.
