Crazy Asian Society (CAS) is a non-profit organization that established in July 2018 at Perth, WA. This society has provided a platform for international students and Australian students as well as local residents to meet and greet to be further developed to friends, business associates and many more. Our main objective is to provide a platform for all the international students to have the best and most memorable Perth experience as possible. We organize and host social events which included social sports, dinners, car meet and parties. Currently, we have a number of 200 active members and it is still growing. In the last summer 2020/2021, we organized a Summer Yacht Party on Swan River which served more than 100. It was our first time to have such an event and it was a success.

Night Stocker

The backbone of the grocery store. Without the night stockers, the shop cannot be open on the next day. Duties: - replenish shelves for the store to be ready for the next day openings- clean up the store- make the store looks nice and presentable What have I learned? 1. Time management We must complete the allocated tasks during a short period of time, for example, 3 hrs to complete 4 pellets of drinks2. PlanningWe have to plan for our time and strategy to complete the allocated tasks so that can finish the loads on time.

The company is a Malaysia registered company that targeting property development and also a principal contractor with responsibility for planning, managing, and coordinating health and safety while construction work is being undertaken.Introduced to the company for summer internship role working alongside project manager and site supervisor. Worked at site office to assist the project manager and site supervisors in delivering $20M of Phase 2industrial building for Kaifa Technology which the company is publicly listed in China.• Developed and implemented a Microsoft excel based estimating system for quantitative evaluation of structural elements• Monitored the construction progression to ensure working procedure were followed by regulations• Assisted project manager in preparing daily report and progress report• Recalibrate and estimate the extra cost of piling works• Took part in tendering for new commercial building by calculating the cost of concrete volume and tonnage of reinforcing steel
