As a Professional Service Engineer I provide engineering product service for OmniCenter to the clients in monitoring their Network Environment and aiding them in applying best practices when implementing their network monitoring system. Primary Responsibilities include:• Working in conjunction with other engineers, contractors and design professionals to assess and resolve Network Monitoring related issues. This involves a varied set of tasks across each project’s timeline. • Scheduling pre-deployment meetings with owner representatives, administrative teams, design professionals, as well as client departmental meetings to discuss and analyze specialized monitoring issues such as alerting and incident management requirements, standards, and considerations regarding the startup and procurement phase of each project. • Setting weekly and monthly meetings with owner representatives, design professionals where I provide comprehensive monthly progress reports.
