  I am responsible for conducting one-to-one sessions with the youth each week as well as facilitate group activities on Tuesday with the youth. I input all key information into the database for each partcipant in the program, complete intakes, family sessions and home and school visits. I also assist in writing up case reviews, discharges and other important aspects of the position on a daily basis.
