Few people have had the opportunity to report to a manager who is also a coach and mentor— but this was the experience with Kevin during my first 2 years at Electric. Kevin lead our RevOps org with integrity, foresight, and knowledge all while building confidence in our team within our company. He expanded our 3 person team so quickly, provided career paths for us to thrive in, and understood the importance of RevOps as a pillar in any organization. In my own experience, Kevin helped me grow and evolve in my career exponentially and has enabled and supported me in growing a management career path of my own. I am grateful for having the opportunity to soak up knowledge from such a seasoned expert in the SaaS and RevOps space. I have no doubt that Kevin will be a strong Revenue Operations Executive in any space he enters. I can’t wait to see where his talents take him next!

There are certain people who I consider myself lucky to have worked with. Kevin is by far one of them. He is an incredible team player, thought partner, hard worker, and an overall knowledgeable contributor. He is an absolute pleasure to be around, and he is always willing to jump into big and small projects. Over the last year and a half, I've seen Kevin work tirelessly to develop people on his team. I've seen those people grow their skills and be promoted thanks to the time and work Kevin put in to help them get there. One of Kevin's biggest strengths is his ability to remain positive and focused among the changes that any startup goes through. He's been a major contributor to culture, leadership, and, of course, operations during his time at Nestio. I'm grateful that I've had the opportunity to work with him, and I'm excited to cheer on his continued success.

The Primary Expert Network (PEN) is a group of vetted functional leaders from across NYC tech. Experts help Primary portfolio companies by providing ad hoc guidance and advice around functional questions, and also help one another by sharing best practices and resources via Primary's gated forums. As a Member of the PEN, I provide advice and guidance to the founders and operators within the Primary portfolio. Primary VC is a firm backing NYC’s most promising founders. With the largest portfolio impact team of any NYC Seed investor, its significant talent, finance, and network resources drive measurable results and empower portfolio companies to thrive from Seed to Series A and beyond. Historical successes include seed investments in Jet.com, Coupang, Mirror, and Latch, and the firm is proud to back some of the city’s hottest startups—including Alloy, Alma, Dandy, Electric, K Health, Lunchbox, Slice—among its portfolio.
