My highest priority was to make the Changzhou BU leadership team successful. As a result, we became one of Creation’s top performing and fastest growing BU’s. From 2009 to 2015, our team transformed the BU from a cost center to a high performing full turn-key profit center, achieving a Revenue CAGR of 23% and EBITDA CAGR of 55% while increasing ROA from 2.6% to 47.5%.I shared leadership responsibilities for the BU with a dedicated Chinese colleague to develop and serve a team of world class leaders that propelled the BU from being an under-performer to one that led many of the measured categories within the company. As a part of Creation’s Executive Leadership Team, I collaborated with leadership across the company and help to set and execute on the global strategy and initiatives of the organization. My primary focus for much of this time was growing Creation’s Low Cost Region Business Units in Mexico and China and on continuing to extend and grow the performance of the Changzhou BU. Show less
