I Lead a team of 5 to 15 for events ranging from $5,000 to $25,000. The events have a strict timeline making every second crucial. I am responsible for the set up of the events such as decorations, buffet tables, all table clothes on tables, all plates knives forks goblets to be set out in specific patterns and places. I am responsible for the food arriving on time and is served at the correct time. I coordinate with wedding planners, guest, bands, event owners, and anyone that has a responsibility for the event. I am responsible for the breakdown and return of Harvest Moon Cafe items. At the end of each event, I debrief my team and write a follow-up letter to the catering director explaining how the event played out and if there are any problems. Show less

I helped develop young athletes abilities. I did this by not only teaching them the physical skills they needed to succeed but I instilled in them the confidence that they could do anything if they worked together. I did this by doing drills that forced them to trust their teammates to be able to complete the task. My responsibilities for the team consisted of training goalkeepers, getting the athletes warmed up, and training the offense. I helped develop young athletes abilities.
