Kevin is an incredibly talented designer and has a great, no-nonsense approach to his projects. He is always keenly aware of what needs to get done and what the best solutions are for the clients. No matter the project, I was always blown away by the quality of his work.

My roles and responsibilities at TalentWise are vast and varying. Primarily, I worked in a small, two-person team support multiple Product Managers with their UX and UI requirements. My existing and expanding knowledge of industry standards in the modern web has played a key role in providing a solid foundation for elevating the quality of our trusted and authoritative SAAS products. In addition to supporting our multiple product managers in their design needs, I also work closely with our customer training department in story-boarding, illustrating, and animating award-winning educational videos for our clients combining the use of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and audio. I love to bring clarity to a complex process with motion graphics to tell a complete story. In both aforementioned areas, I bring forth my existing curiosity and drive to stay up to date in the modern web, and I strive to find new and exciting ways to work within it. As the Creative Director at Bonsai Media Group, I work closely with business owners, CEO's, and marketing strategists to create beautiful websites, apps, and various graphic assets. From discovery and planning to design and execution, I guide my clients through development of their message, identity, and online presence. I also help define and plan the most efficient tools my clients need in order to meet their needs - and each one is different. From discovery and planning to design and execution, I guide my clients through development of their message, identity, and online presence. I also help define and plan the most efficient tools my clients need in order to meet their needs - and each one is different. Designing, planning, and progressing through an entire project is only a small fraction of the job. A firm understanding of the latest web technologies is required to collaborating and working with developers whether they're on the other side of the planet, or in the office next door. Collaboration means having the ability to clearly communicate these concepts through illustrative language and graphics. This requires a constant hunger to make sure that I know what technologies, tools, devices, and upgrades are coming around the corner, and what tools we currently have at our fingertips. Each day, I take it upon myself to surveil the hottest designs, and study the latest and greatest innovations and possibilities to be explored in this great new medium. Learn something new every day, create something new every day.
