When I first joined Kevin's team, he'd only been an engineer for little more than a year, but I'd immediately mistaken him for a senior developer. Kevin poise I've not often encountered among young engineers. His approach to development is directed and measured. He learns quickly, often surpassing his seniors on any given topic.
