Kevin recently presented at Penn State's Career Development Professional Conference, speaking on the topic of Engaging Diverse Students. Kevin also facilitated a smaller group discussion on professional dress as an identity. Having known Kevin for several years, I know their passion and commitment to these subjects and Kevin's name immediately came to mind when identifying possible presenters. One of Kevin's many talents is their ability to create a space for an audience to share ideas, questions, uncertainties, and self-reflection. I observed colleagues taking part in engaging conversations while Kevin was facilitating the breakout session and Kevin further provided insight, empowerment, story telling and thought provoking content so that we can continue supporting students in our everyday work. Very grateful for Kevin and the impact they are making across higher education.

I met Professor Frick during introductions at a Johns Hopkins Center for Health Services and Outcomes Research weekly session via Zoom. Kevin and I started chatting in "the back of the class" during said Zoom talk and realized we had multiple common interests from politics, healthcare, music, children. We just immediately hit it off. Over the past year Kevin has been instrumental in helping me shape and develop a novel lecture series focused on global oral health at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. Kevin is the type of faculty member every student needs. He is approachable, fun to talk to, inspiring, lifts you up, supportive, and generous with making connections and introductions. He committed to presenting at my talk before I ever had a set date. And he kept his promise for this commitment at the School of Public Health when he had a potential conflict at the Carey Business School. He is 100% the real deal. Reliable, committed, and as we say in Boston - "wikked smart". I am forever indebted to your kindness, intelligence, generosity, and support. If you have a chance to work with Professor Frick, do not pass it up. You will not be disappointed.
