Time for a quite long overdue recommendation. It's been quite some time since I worked with Kevin, but i've yet to enjoy having a boss in the way i did while part of Kevin's team. Kevin was an amazing mentor, fair in criticism, he knew how to keep team morale high under some pretty hectic circumstances. His project vision always exceeded the imaginations of those us, and led to some really excellent products. He brought both structure and creative energy to the team, and made us want to work hard to make our group shine. Kevin also taught me a lot about managing up, he was respectfully frank with upper management, fought to protect his team, managed expectations and had an uncanny ability to keep complex projects on the rails. I sincerely hope our paths cross again.

Kevin and I work together at VLN Partners, where he served he Director of Course Production and I worked as one of his course developers. Kevin did a great job in this position, as he demonstrated leadership qualities, including effective organizational and time management skills. He also had excellent written and oral communication with all of the employees. His ability to be effective in these areas helped make the production of courses successful and delivered on time to the online teachers. Kevin also had an excellent rapport with everyone in the office and was always willing to offer his assistance. In short, I am confident that Kevin would be a great asset to any future company he joins.
