  Project:KIPIC AI Zour Refinery Project(ZOR). Responsibility: Ø Build IWPs templates. Organizing Shop manager or yard department leaders discuss during preparation phase and incorporate any comments as needed to determine final templates. Ø Monitoring material and drawing status, build and issue IWP (individual work package include fabrication and erection) which includes determining required activities, resources, special conditions, quality control, risk planning, interdependencies as schedule required. Ø Determine and coordinate resource requirements and liaise with resource coordinators (Materials, equipment etc.) to ensure IWP execution. Ø Tracing IWP issued status and drawing update status to update and adjust IWP as necessary Ø Monitoring and controlling IWP execution and advising appropriate parties.
