Many of these relationships involved development of contracts or MOUs and these relationships were vital to our performance and to our meeting of our strategic goals. My success was highlighted but the organisation’s successful tender bids during this period.

2009-2015: Trainer and training materials development, Break Thru People Solutions. Over this time I developed a range of training products designed for internal use and also for the purpose of external sales. These products were designed for face to face, E-learning and remote delivery and focussed on Job Search Training, Selling skills, Working with Barriers, Induction manuals, Developing internal and external relationships and a broad range of other subjects. Some of these products were used to train people externally and also sold externally as a package. I was also charged with launching, in-house and external roll out and assessment of these products and services.
