  Initially hired for a data entry position (Brooke franchised insurance agencies so agents could sell multiple brands under the Brooke agencies name). Promoted to assist in direct billing and agency billing commission after a few months. Eventually managed the life and health branch where we improved the process and reduced paperwork. Managing thousands of passwords and IDs for different agents and insurance companies so that we could download electronic paperwork at required times to meet strict deadlines. Worked with the IT department to automate a portion of the reconciliation process saving countless hours of manpower.
