  Responsible for assigning new addresses for all new construction. Also do all networking, computer repair and CAD admin. Recently I have become a radio programmer on the WV SIRN system. This is the State inerop radio system. I can program Motorola and Kenwood radios. As of 15 June 2017 I am now a WV COM-L.
