I moved into the QA department from UX as a bridge between design and development to identifying risk, providing recommendations and advising on feasibility. As part of the development pipeline I created test plans, functional, non-functional testing, cross platform and device testing when required, cross analysis with designs, interpreting UAT feedback. Triaging tickets. My role in QA was also to develop the accessibility capability over the last three years. Providing consultancy, pair testing, and generating audits for the public and private sectors.
