In the first period I had worked heavily with data analysis, using historical price data with Pandas and NumPy to back-test and quantify arbitrage opportunities. Later we built a modular asynchronous python application to connect to multiple cryptocurrency exchanges web-socket API to seek and execute direct and triangular arbitrage opportunities in real-time.
