As an Advisor in Transitional Justice, Policy Development and PME:- Support the Strategic Leadership Team of the Zim Human Rights NGO Forum, a coalition of twenty-two human rights NGOs in Zimbabwe that provide leadership and coordination on the human rights agenda in Zimbabwe;- Advise on the development, implementation and monitoring of transitional justice projects, including the organisation and supporting the implementation of workshops and community dialogues;- Take part in meetings with state institutions and other CSOs;- Collaborate with the Finance and Administrative Manager on maintaining regular expense reports, tracking spending based on program activity and monitoring funding levels;- Support the Programmes Coordinator and Finance and Administrative Manager in budget development;- Compile program activity information and support the team in drafting reports to donors;- Jointly prepare project briefs, reports, and donor cultivation and solicitation materials;- Draft monitoring and evaluation reports informing improvements of ongoing activities;- Suggest edits to several reports related to transitional justice and human rights;- Support the preparation of logistics for project-related activities; and- Conduct relevant desktop research related to transitional justice, law and human rights.
