With this change I was given the ability to restructure the maintenance department including workflow processes. We increased our PM effectiveness, decreased our reactive work by 11% while meeting our AOP each year.I was a key team member that facilitated an OSHA VPP recertification. I represent our Maintenance and Engineering Department in numerous customer and accreditation audits.I have earned an A2E Expert Certification which is our company equivalent of a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.I am part of a very safety conscious ESSH culture. I mitigate risk and hazards throughout the plant in maintenance as well as operational jobs. I take responsibility for our City Fire Inspector and City Building Inspector audits. I facilitate the completion and documentation of elimination of hazards that were found.I recently worked with company specialists to prepare and present documentation to the state agencies to determine whether water and air permitting was required.I have an OSHA 10 hour course certification as well as a Fall Protection Qualified Person Certification.
