Kevin was my coworker several years ago at a non-profit agency. The positive experience I had working next to him prompted me to seek him out in 2011, when I started my company, and ask him to assist with our HR set up and workforce development. Kevin's ability to jump in and create structure for himself and others proved key to helping us build a strong workforce in only a matter of months. His ability to learn quickly has allowed us to consider Kevin for several other key roles in our organization in the future. My only hesitation in recommending Kevin is the prospect of losing a fantastic worker and amazing collaborator.
