Started with 1 manufacturing line, which was most productive of its kind in the world in 120,000 sf facility.* Converted production from coated meat tray to filler flats.* In 2 years went from zero to 40% of US and Canadian market share.* Bought assets of competitor; negotiated purchase agreement and project financing. Moved most critical equipment during weekend and completed balance of tear down in following week. Re-installed without interrupting supply of product to customers. * Designed and built new machine to expand pulp molding business at half price would be to purchase from existing manufacturer and had up and running in 7 months. First in industry to utilized servo motor to control motion versus components mechanically linked resulting in physically smaller machine with higher ability to adjust settings. * Moved production to Brook, IN and sold building in 2013.
