I worked with Kevin Solodar on The Museum Tower Project, located in Dallas Texas - a 42 story luxury, residential high-rise. I was very impressed with Kevin's technical ability and attention to detail. Kevin paid attention to intricate details and that showed in his drawings. Kevin's drawing and detailing ability is top-level. Kevin also has an impressive understanding of various materials and their applications. He is a very bright person who thinks ahead - I consider Kevin to be a multi-dimensional individual who has a broad knowledge base, not by any means limited to his profession. I would recommend Kevin for any Project Architect or Project Manager level position. He was a great resource of information and talent to have on the team.

Kevin has great aptitude for a business that requires multiple skills to produce solutions in a demanding profession. He is determined to produce work that satisfies the immediate needs but avoids long term problems for the client.

Works directly for Senior Project Management and Senior Designers to coordinate and direct a team responsible for the production of contract documents for high rise apartment and condomium towers which maintain the Designer's vision, yet are buildable using standard construction methods. Roles and responsibilities include code research and compliance, site planning, space planning, construction documentation and specification, materials and component/cladding evaluation and intergation, accessible and sustainable design, consultant and building official coordination, construction administration, field reports, pay applications and project close-out. Projects include a 21 floor luxury apartment tower in Houston currently under construction and a 28 floor luxury condo tower in the DFW area which is due to start construction this fall. Additionally, I work closely with vendors, consultants and contractors to stay up to date on the latest building systems and construction processes. Show less

Rural Relief will be a not for profit online service intended to aid and grow various charitable organizations through outreach, logistics and networking. This will occur at a local level and will facilitate regional communities to help themselves. The potential to help millions of people is very exciting. I have taught myself HTML5 and have created the primary website pages. I am currently seeking funding for website hosting, in addition to financial partners willing to help with this endeavor and aid in securing 501(c)(3) status.
