Our services currently include Child Protection/safeguarding, behavioural support and management inclusive of consultation, sexual exploitation, drug and alcohol, first aid and many more, our training packages can be delivered in a standard format or designed to meet the requirements and needs of the organisation. We work in partnership with many accredited training providers allowing us to deliver our courses across the UK. We have a combination over almost 30 years experience within children's residential services both mainstream and secure. Our training is both theoretical and made up of working experiences giving our courses a personal and realistic feel as we are able to relate to front line workers. We also offer behavioural support analysis to enable support staff to work safely and in lines with best practice, where we will provide full support and an individual PBS plan and provide regular support where required.
