I had the opportunity to work with Kevin for several years at Sempra Energy and found him to be especially talented in the areas of organizational strategy, leadership development, coaching, and program implementation. Kevin is very collaborative with a wonderful ability to advance projects forward. He is solution oriented and makes everyone better that he works with.

Maurice Mouton

I've known Kevin for over 13 years, first as a fellow team member on a high performing organizational development team and later as his manager of a newly formed employee and organizational effectiveness team for the largest natural gas company in North America. When Kevin and I were teammates, I observed and experienced his ability to lead a sub-team with decisiveness and vision while simultaneously building consensus and a collaborative environment. Subsequently, upon my appointment as his manager, I turned to Kevin to assist me with crafting and implementing a vision that met our Executive Team's charge to impact the company's leadership development (from top to bottom) as well as provide fresh coaching and development platforms along with improving team effectiveness at the front line levels. Kevin excelled in this assignment and in the process cemented the fact that he is an excellent leader with solid coaching skills and an understanding of team dynamics and effectiveness. While good leaders can be found, there are far too few leaders that can combine solid leadership and coaching skills with creativity, innovation, and exceptional vision. Kevin is one of those fewer leaders. Former hockey great Wayne Gretzky once said, "I skate to where the puck is going not where it has been." Kevin is highly qualified to lead and coach "to where the puck is going." Maurice "Mo" Mouton Organizational Consultant
