I hired Kevin as a sales representative in OutRank's early start-up days. When I think back on Kevin's performance as a rep, two words come to mind: coach-ability and integrity. Furthermore, I found Kevin to have a maturity about him that belied his age. He always took his work very seriously and showed a genuine interest in honing his craft. I have worked with many individuals who aspired to be sales leaders but lacked the confidence or understanding of how to take the next step. Kevin, on the other hand, is a natural leader. And while he retained a lot of the coaching given to him, he inherently understood that "leaders are those that people follow".
