I had the privledge of working with Kevin in several different capacities. Kevin and I were peer HR Managers for several years. In that role, Kevin was a great team partner and was extremely helpful and collaborative. Kevin is also very competitive (in a positive way) and always made me want to strive to meet or exceed his results on our HR related goals. Once Kevin was promoted to a Store Manager, I supported Kevin from an HR standpoint. In his new role, Kevin was extremely driven to achieve postive results and make a difference for his Associates- He brought a new perspective and culture to his store. Kevin is extremely strategic and results oriented and has a solid reputation for the ability to consistently execute a plan.
