First and foremost, Kevin is a genuinely nice guy! And in construction with absolute certainty I know that he appreciates a good subcontractor as much as a good client of his own. Some Managers rule the site with an iron fist, Kevin is the opposite but I believe he achieves a far more effective outcome by simply saying thank you. It is easy to work with Kevin and it took me a while to learn that I don't need to have my QS head on all the time and be on guard, because there's no set up and contractual debate with Kevin, what hes asks for is what he wants doing.
