  Production Supervisor for last year and a half after performing lead duties for 2 1/2 years, I currently supervise 20 production and receiving specialists, leads and receiving personnel. Responsible for the coordination of multiple work loads, scheduling, allocating and verification of over 450 food products in Liquid/Dry Production and Consumer Packaging using MRP systems to coordinate work flows between multiple facilities. Verifying ATP testing results, monitoring and coordinating equipment usage, PMs and performance for the continuous improvements of efficiency and quality. Also responsible for the department training program for all production facility team members, focusing on TWI to improve uniform training and cross training for verifiable and predictable results.

  Top performing supervisor of the Etch area, in charge of 40 plus Manufacturing Techs, 2 Process Techs and 5 Area Coordinators (Leads). Responsible for the manufacturing of DRAM chips on silicone wafers, processing on 165 tools in 12 manufacturing bays. Routinely coordinated production with 4 other manufacturing areas to ensure proper feeding of critical tool sets to meet and exceed monthly production goals. Created multiple Excel worksheets used in daily production reports, including tool usage, tool expansion, cleaning schedules and shift pass-down reports at MT's, Area Coordinators and Supervisor levels. Was involved in multiple task force teams to tackle critical tool set issues, tool improvements, improve process times all while increasing quality and reducing scrap.Was asked on multiple occasions to move to lesser performing shifts to troubleshoot and report their issues, identify the changes needed and implement those changes to improve the shift performance. I was tasked with training three incoming area supervisors. All this while routinely being one of the top performing areas.
