Responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of a Vendor Management Program to meet regulatory requirements while also managing all aspects of Facilities Management for the Credit Union's five (5) owned properties and seven (7) leased properties. Accomplishments included receiving a rating of "Outstanding" from the Division of Banks for the established VM Program, building out a new facility and moving an existing branch into it without any disruption of service, building out a 12,000sf administrative building and moving over 50 associates from 3 different locations, and re-negotiating leases and contracts saving the credit union significant dollars.
