From the gate, I noticed how driven and smart he was, and how he exemplified the epitome of a Ritz-Carlton gentlemen. As a result of this, his reputation throughout the hotel was first class. All 400+ Ladies and Gentlemen knew Kevin and knew they could count on him to get any job done – within his role and completely outside of it. He not only understands what it means to be in the hospitality industry, but he lives and breathes it. It’s a testament to his character – something that cannot be taught and admirable to many. Any company Kevin works for is extremely lucky to have him.
