      I am an instructor of Power Yoga, which is an athletic-physical style of yoga adressing any kind of body condition. It is an holistic workout, therefore the benefits are manifold, e.g. releasing any tension such as back pain, removing body toxics, working on cardio, improving flexibility, developing self-confidence in everyday life, restoring inner peace and inviting oneself to a natural way of being.Currently I am giving community classes, private classes and classes at Gyms. I am also available to be recruited for temporary working contracts, e.g. at company retreats.
