  There are many responsibilities expected of myself which all jell together to provide homeowners the best quality service they can hire for building or remodeling a house.The best part of my position is that one day is never the same as the previous. My daily routine revolves around the following areas: estimating; scheduling; purchasing contracts; owner attention; working with architects; engineers; interior and landscape designers; all aspects of house construction - from earthwork; concrete to electrical; plumbing and heating, window and door evaluation; to interior finishes like tile; cabinets; granite/marble; custom trim profiles; wood floors; lighting and plumbing fixtures; with other functions in and around these.A large piece of my managerial foundation is making sure the subcontractors have all the correct information and materials daily. Keeping a strong line of communication open between owners and myself is also a very important piece which builds great projects!I enjoy the fast pace and adrenalin that building and remodeling brings to my life. The payoff is handing over the keys to a happy owner!
