I was in charge of a worship team and media team of 6. We led worship for students who came onto the reservation for a missions trip 5-6 nights a week. I was in charge of discipling my team through mentorship and developing relationships with them. I put together worship sets every week to present to my supervisor and get approved. As a member of the NextStep team, I was also in charge of a construction site on the reservation. I worked on a trailer addition - foundation through electrical - all summer. Leading a 7-12 member team of student and leader volunteers, we worked 4 days a week for 7-10 hours. My responsibilities on site were managing students and making sure they all had something to do, developing relationships with the students and community members, the project itself, safety talks, and communicating vision for the day within the project. When not on the worksite and not during programming, we were expected to hang out with the students, cook all meals, and keep home facilities clean.

I started out as a Barista. Simple responsibilities limited mostly to helping customers and making their drinks, getting their food, and simply interacting with them in a professional manner. When promoted to shift lead, I was in charge of closing the shop at night, unloading the delivery truck, and training new members for the team. I started out as a Barista. • Worship Leader
      • Oct 2013 - Aug 2014

As the worship leader of the church plant, my job consisted mainly of planning a service, picking the music, order of the service, and other worship aspects that would be incorporated into the service (lights, pre/post-service music, prayer, etc...). When I was hired on, I was given a budget to work with in order to “stock” the sanctuary with a sound system, stage, and lighting, most of which I installed myself, training an audio team to run the mains and stage monitors. My experience is mostly with using analog boards, but I also have experience running digital boards.
