  Started as a general employee in Traffic/Outside Security for an outdoor music venue. Promoted to Supervisor for that same department 6 months in. Led the largest team (43 employees) in traffic and aided our security teams when needed. Along with that aided the Day of Show Operations Team in any volume I could, traveling and doing extra outside work at other venues. Tasks included running interviews/hiring/firing, managing employees in my department as well as helping other departmental supervisors, live show operations, crowd control, working with city officials, and venue maintenance. After two seasons transferred to a full time indoor venue as Private Security. Tasks here included high profile security, crowd control, venue safety, escorts, and private person/party security.
