Extensive upgrade and additions to the existing European Space Agency’s Ground Station facility. Located 130 kms north-east of Perth. The New Norcia ground station is used for communicating with deep-space missions and the works are being completed in collaboration with CSIRO Astronomy and Space Science, who will be operating in the facility throughout the works, which creates multiple logistical challenges for me to overcome.

New cycle stores and shower areas, reception and toilet core, and fully refurbished office space including new windows throughout.• Senior Site managerSt Georges College, Activity Centre $34m. 3000m2 sports facility with some unique and impressive featuresfor an elite private school in Surrey. Comprising of a massive exposed glulam roof structure, multi-use sports hall, and studios, dance studios, fully equipped gymnasium and changing facilities. Complicated groundworks package and an external works package including a bridge to the existing running track. The jewel in the crown of this facility was a 1500m2 glass sports floor, with a series of LED lights running beneath making all the court lines fully controllable at the press of a button, integrated with the lights above to light the individual sports to sport England spec.

  $8m - Corpus Christi College, Theatre. Completed the structure comprising of basement storage and orchestra pit, spilt levels and retaining walls, terraced auditorium. Steel frame with suspended slabs, polished blockwork, precast panels, and king zip roof.$2m - The Greendale Centre. Full refurbishment and extension of a 1970s aged care day centre, including new reception and offices to the front, fully fitted out hair dresser and podiatrist rooms, new commercial kitchen, new roof and new render. Complex structural alterations were involved, along with protecting and refurbishing an existing parquetry floor in the main hall$3.8m - Harrisdale Pavilion. Construction of the Pavilion for a community oval consisting of changing rooms, club rooms and community multi-function area, including all carparks, landscaping and children’s playground

  • Project Manager - TVP 2, Reading – 2012$6m High end office refurbishment in a prestigious business park. This project consisted of a totalrefurbishment of the office spaces, (4,600 m2) central cores, reception, curtain wall and roof. These works had to be completed while the building was occupied, and involved a number of staged handovers and tenant moves. During this project i had total responsibility for managing all aspects, with the site team consisting of myself and an assistant site manager, backed up by a visiting construction manager and project surveyor once a week.• Site Manager- Vantage, Putney, London – 2011-2012$6m Development of 14 Apartments and retail unit below. After the previous main contractor folded, we had the task of taking over the demolition and the half built steel frame. This challenging project was completed on a tight budget in a short time scale.•Section Site Manager- Avenue Road, St John’s Wood, London – 2010-2011$56m New build of two high specification luxury houses, each 1,950 m2 comprising of three storeys of family residence including double basements containing car lifts to underground parking, media room, pools, spas, saunas, gymnasiums, staff accommodation, full commercial kitchen, garden, and lavishly fitted out living space and bedrooms.-Site Manager, Base2 Stay, Liverpool - 2009-2010$20m 4 star hotel, English Heritage refurbishment and connecting new build.•Assistant Site Manager- Various Locations - 2006-2009- $36m - Pegaso, Shoreditch, London. Residential development consisting of 81 Apartments and commercial units- $14 Waverly Building, warehouse, Hemel Hempstead - 12,000 m2 warehouse redevelopment.
