Kevin is a strong business leader. I had the opportunity to work with Kevin at HNI for several years, directly reporting to him for much of that time. Kevin had overall responsibility for the eCommerce division of HNI; including Marketing, Product Development, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. Kevin drove significant growth in HNI’s eCommerce business over the last several years, far outpacing growth in the market. Kevin does a great job of challenging his team to achieve more while at the same time providing the support needed to get the job done. I will miss working with Kevin.

I have had the luxury to work alongside Kevin, work for Kevin and watch him work from a distance. In every case he has thoroughly impressed me in the way he thinks and the way he sees the business landscape. Kevin has a unique talent to anticipate what is going to happen in the business and he develops the plans to address the changing work climate. Kevin is one of the best negotiators I have worked with. He is professional, firm and great at building long lasting business partnerships. I would put him up against the best. Kevin’s talents are broad, reaching many different departments from sales, marketing, operations, supply chain and production. His multi-faceted background would work well in any company and the company that hires him will not be disappointed!
