My work responsibilities include: Providing a safe work environment for my employees by removing physical safety hazards where they exist and monitoring work practices to ensure they don't introduce situations where employees could be injured. Executing repairs that will ensure our lines operate at the highest production possible without sacrificing the future integrity of the equipment or quality of our product. Managing the future viability of the company by executing projects that increase production levels, increase quality of the product and the reliability of the process lines. Controlling cost by managing the spares inventory levels using historical data and selecting economical, qualified vendors where appropriate. Show less
