Operations Manager

Managerial position responsible for over 25 personnel. Oversaw the safety and security of over $36 Billion worth of Department of Defense, National Command Center assets and 12,000 personnel. Additionally, I managed qualifications, training, and the well-being of my section, using the M365 platform. • Modernized the unit’s daily posting matrix by switching from manual Word input to automated Excel formulas based on location posted; accelerated posting process and data analysis for 100 people. • Orchestrated a multi-unit exercise syncing four organizations and 17 first responders strengthening the “Noble Eagle” defense mission earning accolades for my subordinates; commended by senior level leadership. • Coordinated with the Aurora Police Department Crisis Intervention Team during an active shooter to relay information from the shooter to the SWAT on scene commander; apprehended with no loss of life.

Installation Security Manager

Managed the physical and electronic security systems for three geographically separated bases. This included coordinating and tracking work orders with military and non-military agencies, conducting random tests on facilities to ensure compliance, and initializing new system installs. • Designed Air Force Law Enforcement dispatch center upgrades by briefing top ranked officers, secured $16K in funding and replaced/reorganized hardware and furniture to enhance emergency response. • Led base access control refresh by coordinating between the US Army and Air Force IT to re-image and configure networks for unmaintained hardware eliminating a one-year deficiency and reducing downtime by 70%. • Drove two NATO site surveys to validate and enhance force protection measures by directing new security measures bolstering defense for 95% of European Command’s War Reserve and Disaster Response Material.

Prioritized and managed responses for eight schools, 130 facilities, and over 70,000 American personnel. Responsible for completing and reviewing Law Enforcement paperwork and completing accurate reports.• Authored 45 Quick Response Checklists utilizing M365 ensuring compliance with Air Force and Department of Defense doctrine. Enhanced response times for emergency situations and passed unit inspection. • Led eight-person team during Evasion and Conduct After Capture course. Selected for “Defender of the Month” award over 276 peers. • Enabled critical care for suicide attempt by dispatching patrols to escort unresponsive patient to ER and notifying ER personnel for immediate handoff.
