I have been working with Kevin over the last 6 years at Internode. Over that time Kevin has progressed from being a CSR to a Customer Service Manager. At the time of my commencement Kevin had a key role in my induction groups onboarding often being someone that we could go to answer questions and give us guidance on the best way forward. Kevin did this despite at the time being just CSR level. Kevin was as always doing more then what was required of him but doing it because he cares about the best experience for those around him. Kevin did this with humour and a smile and continues this even now in his ascension to management. Kevin is a driven leader able to get the best out of his staff and support them when anything impacts them. Kevin is always very big on positive change and will take any changes that occur in his stride whether this be process changes or impacts caused by COVID. Kevin has been heavily involved with assisting with the change even for staff that do not fall under his team. Kevin is very big on ensuring positive outcomes for everyone involved in a transaction even when handling difficult escalation queries. Kevin also remains the kind of person you can talk to and seek advice from about the best way forward whether it be personal or to aid a customer.
