  As Deputy Sheriff it is my responsibility to perform law enforcement duties including transport of court prisoners, serve court orders, provide security for the court system, protect public officials, and support investigations by local police services. I successfully achieve the serving of statements of claims, summonses, warrants, jury summonses, orders to pay spousal support, and additional court orders and serve writs of execution by seizing and selling property, resulting in collection of $50K from people who owed money to their creditors. In addition I escort prisoners and witnesses to and from courts and correctional institutions and assist in maintaining order; ensure security support services for sequestered juries and maintain and produce judicial records and reports detailing intimate daily activities and incidents to include safety and violations.

I deliver HR direction, consultation, advice and support to employers and employees on the interpretation of policies, compensation, benefit programs and collective agreements. I also monitor and negotiate collective agreements concerning wages, hours, and working conditions; mediate labour disputes and grievances and provide advice on employee and labour relationships. In addition I am a key team member accountable for new collective bargaining agreements.
